A clear path from loom to loading.
This programme required more than producing a strong sample. Pattern definition, finished consistency, packing accuracy and export documentation all had to remain aligned through production and shipment.

Consistency beyond the sample.
The practical risk in an export programme is not one individual process—it is keeping every process connected as volume moves through the factory.
Pattern fidelity at production scale
Repeat geometry and border definition needed to remain stable as the approved design moved into continuous weaving.
Consistency after finishing
Finished pieces needed repeatable dimensions, weight, hand-feel and presentation across production batches.
Export readiness at carton level
Product counts, carton marks, packing lists and shipping documents had to agree before the container was sealed.
Technology guided by accountable checks.
We combined modern weaving capability with documented production controls, without exposing client designs or proprietary machine settings.
Computer-controlled jacquard weaving
Digital pattern instructions supported consistent repeats and clear motif edges across the approved construction and colourways.
Measured production checkpoints
Teams compared output with the approved sample and checked dimensions, GSM, appearance and finishing at defined stages.
Batch and packing traceability
Lot identification, carton-level verification and a final loading check connected factory records to the export packing list.
Ready, documented and loaded.
The programme moved from approved sample to direct container loading under one factory-led workflow. Finished cartons were checked against the packing list, export documentation was coordinated with the shipment, and the goods left Phùng Xá for Korea without an intermediary trading layer.
Client identity, order quantities, pricing, product specifications and proprietary production settings remain confidential.
